The company has just picked up three presitigious awards:
* Telecommunications, Utilities and High-Tech Outsourcing Proj ect of the Year – with Telefonica O2 Connected World – for the work based in Firstsource’s Claremont centre, Londonderry;
* Innovation in Outsourcing – with giffgaff – for the work based in Northland Road, Londonderry;
* Outsourcing Contact Centre Provider of the Year – for all of Firstsource’s contact centres.
