A puppy is for life, not just for Christmas

STREET collectors are needed for later this month to help raise money for the Assisi Animal Sanctuary.

The shelter in Conlig, Co Down homes all kinds of animals but it depends entirely on charitable donations.

Now it is looking for volunteers to take to the streets of Belfast City Centre on Saturday, December 29, to raise much needed money to keep the sanctuary going through 2013.

The shifts are : 10am – 11.30am, 11.30am – 1pm, 1pm – 2.30pm and 2.30pm – 4pm.
