Police appeal to Casey Morgan to hand himself in

THE PSNI are on the trail of a violent offender after he went on the run in Northern Ireland.

Police have appealed to 18-year-old Casey Morgan to hand himself in to his nearest PSNI station after he went missing on Wednesday in breach of his licence conditions.

A PSNI spokesman said Morgan poses a high risk of causing serious harm and have issued a licence recall order for his arrest.

The wanted offender is described as being around 5’11” tall, of medium build, with short dark brown hair and a pierced left eyebrow.

He was last seen wearing dark coloured track bottoms, a white coloured sweat top with red and black bands, black zip jacket, black trainers and a camouflage print baseball cap.

Police have advised the public not to approach Morgan, but to contact the PSNI immediately if they know of his whereabouts.
