The winning Malone Golf Club Holt Shield team

THE Holt Shield opened their league season at home with a 3/2 win over Clandeboye GC.

And they followed that up four days later with a commendable halved match 2½ matches each against Mahee Island at Mahee.

In May, the team play Dunmurry twice, firstly away on Thursday, May 9 at 6pm and then at home at Malone on Thursday, May 23 at 5pm.
