Ballymena PSNI commander Chief Inspector John Magill hails £20k drug bust

DETECTIVES are quizzing a woman after drugs with an estimated value of £20,000 were found in Ballymena on Thursday night.

The haul of amphetamine and cannabis were found during the search of a house in the town’s Ballykeel estate.

A 34-year-old woman was arrested over the stash.

Ballymena PSNI commander Chief Inspector John Magill said: “I am content that these drugs have been taken off our streets.”
