Two remanded in custody at Lisburn Magistrates’ Court over £320,000 cannabis haul

A COUPLE were refused bail today when they appeared in court charged over a £320,000 cannabis seizure found stashed in a locked garden shed.

Deborah Mulholland, 29, and Declan Sullivan, 28, are charged with possessing class B cannabis and having herbal cannabis and cannabis resin with intent to supply.

The drugs were recovered following a search of her house in Cloona Manor.

The alleged drug dealing mother-of-three and her lover, who lives with her during the week, both deny the charge.

Cops swooped this week after a tip-off that large consignment of vac-packed cannabis was being stored in her garden shed.

Mulholland was remanded to the women’s unit at Hydebank Wood in south Belfast.

Her partner was taken to the remand unit at Maghaberry prison until their next court appearance.
