DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Organised Crime Branch have arrested four men over a cocaine seizure.

The men – aged 25, 27,28 and 34 – were detained on suspicion of a number of drugs offences including possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply.

They were arrested following searches of two cars on the A1 carriageway in the Banbridge area on the evening of Tuesday, June 10.

Suspected cocaine with a street value of around £120,000 was recovered.

The men remain in custody under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and are helping police with their enquiries.
