NORTHERN Ireland celebrity Chef Paul Rankin, was welcomed to Rosslare Port by Stena Line’s Eamon Fortune and Steve Davies.

This was before he set sail with the leading ferry company to Fishguard to make an appearance this weekend at the Pembrokeshire Fish Week Festival.
