POLICE are appealing for information following a burglary at a property in the Ashley Avenue area of South Belfast.

It is believed that the burglary occurred between 1.30pm on Monday 05 January and 1.30am on Tuesday 06 January.

Inspector Ray Shaw says: “Entry was gained at the rear of this property and a number of items were taken including a PS3, laptops and a sum of money.

“I would appeal to anyone who may have witnessed anyone behaving suspiciously in the area or indeed anyone who may have been offered a PS3 or laptops for sale in suspicious circumstances to contact Police on 101.”
