DI Pete Mullan appeals for information over west Belfast gun attack

DETECTIVES are investigating a shooting incident at a flat in Forfar Street, west Belfast last night.

A number of shots were fired into the front door of the flat at around 10.30 pm.

One man was in the flat at the time but was not injured.

A motive for the incident is being investigated.

Detective Inspector Pete Mullan has appealed to anyone who was in the area of Forfar Street on Monday evening and who may have noticed any suspicious activity to contact detectives in Musgrave on 101.
