DETECTIVES have arrested a 24-year-old over an attack in north Belfast.

A man was injured and a house on Etna Drive had its front window smashed in.

A car outside the property was also damaged during the incident on Saturday morning.

The arrested man is being held on suspicion of aggravated burglary, criminal damage, possession of an offensive weapon and common assault.

He is currently in the PACE custody suite at Musgrave PSNI station.
