Man to face court charged with murder of Charlotte Murray

DETECTIVES have charged a 46-year-old man with the murder of Charlotte Murray, who has been missing for five years.

Ms Murray, who was originally from Omagh,but had been living in Moy, Co Tyrone was 34 when she was reported missing.

She has not been in contact with her family since late 2012.

Last week her family made an emotional appeal for information about her disappearance.

The man is due to appear at Strabane Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday, October 26.
