‘THE UNTOUCHABLES’ ARREST MAN OVER CLASS A DRUG DEALING

‘THE Untouchables’ have made a further arrest in its crackdown on paramilitary crime.

The PSNI say that following a planned search of a house in the Newtownabbey area today, Friday, 16 February, officers from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force arrested a 48 year old man on suspicion of possession of Class A controlled drugs with intent to supply. 

A quantity of suspected cocaine, drug paraphernalia and cash was seized during this search.

The man remains in custody at this time.

The PSNI, HM Revenue & Customs and the National Crime Agency have established the Paramilitary Crime Task Force to tackle criminality linked to paramilitarism as part of the Executive’s action plan on tackling paramilitary activity, criminality and organised crime.
