POLICE in south Belfast are appealing for information after a report of burglary at residential premises.
The daylight break-in happened at the Knockbreda Park just off the Ormeau Road, on Friday, December 7.
Sergeant McCourt said: “Sometime between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, it was reported that entry was gained into a house in the area.
“A number of high value items including five Terry Bradley paintings and a quantity of jewellery which included a Oris Pro Diver watch with a dent on the watch face were taken during the incident.
“Enquiries are continuing and we would appeal to anyone with any information to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 887 7/12/18.
“Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.”
