SECTARIAN PAINT ATTACK ON NORTH BELFAST ORANGE HALL

POLICE are investigating a sectarian paint attack on an Orange hall in north Belfast.

Inspector Natalie McNally said: “Police in north Belfast are appealing for witnesses after criminal damage was caused to an Orange Hall on Clifton Street yesterday afternoon, Sunday, July 14.

“White paint was thrown at the hall sometime after 1:30 pm splattering a fence and wall.

“We are appealing for anyone who might have information about this, which is being treated as a sectarian hate crime, to contact us on 101 quoting 1665 of 14/07/19.”
