DETECTIVES investigating an armed robbery at a licensed premises in the Old Portadown Road area of Lurgan on Wednesday, 30th September have charged a second man. 

The 26-year-old man has been charged with the offences of robbery and possession of an offensive weapon with intent to commit an indictable offence.

Heis due to appear before Craigavon Magistrates’ Court today October 3. 

As is normal procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
