DETECTIVES investigating a number of incidents in south Belfast last week have charged a 27-year-old man.

He has been charged with a number of offences including  robbery and aggravated burglary.

The offences relate to incidents on the Ormeau Road on Tuesday 16th February, Friday 19th February and Delhi Street on Friday.

The man is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court tomorrow Monday, February 22, for a first remand hearing.

As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
