DETECTIVES investigating a ram-raid type incident in Belfast city centre on Monday, December 6, have charged a 26 year old man with burglary.
He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday, December 8, for a first remand hearing.
As is normal procedure all charges are reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
A 23 year old man arrested in connection with this incident has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
During the incident, a car was driven into a shop front window in Bedford Street.
A number of men entered the premises and stole a quantity of coats.
