Detectives from the PSNI’s Major Investigation Team, investigating the murder of Shane Whitla in Lurgan on Thursday January 12, have charged a man.
The 29-year-old man has been charged with murder.
He is due to face Lisburn Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, January 21, for a first remand hearing.
A 28-year-old man has also been charged with Mr Whitla’s murder and will also appear at Lisburn Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
The man has been charged with murder and possession of firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life.
