Detectives from the PSNI’s Organised Crime Unit based in Belfast have charged a 26 year old man with possession of class B drugs, possession with intent to supply class B drugs and being concerned in the supply of class B drugs.
He is due to appear at Coleraine Magistrates’ Court today, Friday, May 31, for a first remand hearing.
As is normal procedure all charges are reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
The charges follow the seizure of class B drugs with a potential street value of £300,000 in Ballymena on Thursday morning.

A 32 year old man, arrested as a result of searches following the seizure, has been released on bail to allow for further police enquiries to be conducted.
