Detectives from the PSNI’S Organised Crime Unit have charged a man to court.
It follows the seizure of drugs with a potential street value of £75,000 from a vehicle on Crumlin Road, Belfast on Thursday, January 2.
The man, aged 44, has been charged with possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply, being concerned in the supply of a Class B controlled drug, conspiracy to supply a Class B controlled drug, and possession of Class A and B controlled drugs.
He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, January 4, for a first remand hearing.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
